Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All skincare product orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (e.g., weather, customs delays, or carrier issues). We cannot guarantee courier delivery times once parcels leave our warehouse, but we will always provide tracking updates.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
4. Damages and Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at tretshop@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
5. International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided at checkout, Tret Shop Store will bear no responsibility for the misdelivery.
